Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
The 5 nights golden triangle starts with a hearty and warm welcome by our representative at the airport, you will be escorted to the hotel room booked for your accommodation in the capital city. The hotel management team will give you a welcome typical of Indian tradition and you will be shown your room. You need to rest well to get rid of weariness and gear up the next day for an adventurous and illuminating tour. Though the tour is carefully scheduled, the first day of the tour can be fixed on the basis of your arrival time.

A half day tour which includes the famous monuments of Delhi like Red Fort, Jama Masjid etc. may be arranged if you arrive in the morning. It will also involve a most enlightened updating of the local history. You can call it a day after having dinner at one of the most famous restaurants comprising of the most sumptuous cuisine imaginable and then head back to your room.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
Nothing like a good breakfast to ensure a great day! After breakfast at the hotel, you will be introduced to a new party of our team, a tour guide to give you all back ground information as well as get you from one place to another through the best itineraries. The guide speaks English and Hindi, quietly steering without intruding your space. The tour will be flexible to your priorities ranging from shopping to sightseeing to going for cultural events and so on. Our tour guide also believes in the mantra of the importance of finding and sizing things for oneself.

The distinct but intertwined Old Delhi and New Delhi fascinates the tourists with its pure contrasts. One would almost think that this dynamic city has too many. But no other city is as giving and hospitable as Delhi. It is impossible to choose from the Rashtrapati Bhavan and India Gate belonging to modern times and Red Fort and Qutub Minar belonging to classical age. The Humayun’s Tomb, Old Fort, Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Akshardham Temple, Birla Temple, Raj Ghat, museums and many others deserve equal mention.

The sightseeing coupled with shopping in Delhi markets and malls are highly enjoyable at the same time exerting a high pressure on your wallet. As the sun gets way beyond the west, it is time to drop in a good restaurant for dinner and head back to hotel.

Day 03: Delhi-Agra (204 km- 4 hours)
On the third morning of your 5 nights and 6 days golden triangle, you will have to get ready early to set off to Agra. You have a small stop at Sikandra on the way to pay respect to the resting place of might Mughal Emperor Akbar. You will be assisted to your hotel room in Agra to have a hasty rest before going to explore the city. Majestic Agra Fort and tranquil Itmad-ul-Daulah’s Tomb humbly welcome you full of anecdotes about Mughal rules.

After enjoying a taste of Mughlai delectable, you can call it a day and return to bed, looking forward to the dawn.

Day 04: Agra- Jaipur (250 Km- 5 Hrs)
Yes, today is the great day. It starts with a gorgeous irreplaceable view of Taj Mahal at the crack of dawn bathed in brilliant crimson rays enhancing the surroundings. This view alone qualifies to be the highlight of your 5 nights and 6 days Golden Triangle tour.

Then you can proceed to hop to the next city in the triangle, Jaipur. On your way to engulf the desert magic, you have a short stop at Fatehpur Sikhri, the once-capital of Mughal reign, constructed by Emperor Akbar. This heritage site is studded with architectural pearls of the bygone era and is a truly delightful place to visit.

Upon reaching Jaipur you will be assisted to check in your pre booked hotel from where you can take a short rest before setting out to explore the city. The ruins, forts, markets etc attired in pink gives you a feeling of being in Alice’s wonderland. Rajasthani dinner as a gourmet’s ultimate fancy is a good way to end the day and turn in looking forward to another day more exciting than the one you have just said good bye to.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing
Our guide will be ready to take you for Jaipur sightseeing early in the morning. Post breakfast, you will be taken to Amber Fort positioned imperiously on a small knoll. An elephant ride is arranged to reach the palace surrounded by Aravalli. It is a most magical sight and no doubt might rulers transformed the city with their reign and ingenious architecture. The City palace and the museum within hold relics talked of in history text books.

We arrange a Camel ride near Tal Mahal palace which is built in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. There are local stalls selling street food and many other items at the banks. Do not miss the camel ride even if it is not too comfortable. Afternoon is mainly dedicated to Hawa Mahal which is 5 storeys high with its tiny and high windows.

When you are done with the sightseeing, the day is perfectly wrapped in an evening in an ethnic restaurant. Chokhi Dhani is a popular choice in this regard where you can experience the ideal spirit of Rajasthani culture showcasing all aspects the state is proud of – music, folkdance and mouth watering spicy food. Then you will be taken back to your hotel room to turn in.

Day 06: Jaipur- Delhi (258 km- 6 hours)
Finally, it is time to get back. You can check out of the hotel after breakfast and drive to Delhi. You can have lunch in a restaurant on the way. You will be escorted to the Delhi International airport to continue with your India tour. You can also catch a flight to Delhi or Mumbai directly from Jaipur if you are in a hurry.
