Day 01 Arrival Guwahati
Upon your arrival in Guwahati, you will be met by our representative who will escort you to the hotel for your check- in.

Overnight in Guwahati




Day 02 Drive from Guwahati to land of one horned Rhinos - Kaziranga National Park
After a leisurely breakfast, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple, a Major Hindu Pilgrimage site. During the festival of Ambubashi more than a million devotees throng this holy place. Return to hotel after paying homage to the mother goddess Kamakhya

Later proceed towards the Kaziranga National park (220 kms 4 hrs drive).

Upon arrival and check into a Jungle resort for check-in.

In the late afternoon, you have the option to visit the nearby Tea Estate.

Day 03 A day in Kaziranga for visits
Early morning (5:30 hrs) proceed to explore the central Range of Kaziranga National Park on an Elephant Safari.

Return to the hotel for breakfast

Later, explore the eastern range on a jeep safari.

Return for lunch at the hotel

Later proceed to the Western Range of Kaziranga National Park on jeep.

Day 04 Drive from Kaziranga to the Scotland of the east - Shillong
After breakfast, drive to Shillong (280 kms/6hrs drive).

Have a Lunch break en-route at the Borapani Umiam Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills.

Upon arrival check- in at a pre booked hotel.

In the late afternoon, you have the option to visit the local market.

Day 05 Take an excursion to the worlds wettest place- Cherrapunjee
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee(60 kms, 1 ½ hrs), the wettest place in the world. Enroute also visit the beautiful waterfall Noh-ka-likai. In Cherapunjee, you can also explore the exciting caves and view points. Also, visit the Rama Krishna Mission School here.

Return to Shillong, en-route visit the Elephanta falls and the Shillong peak for some breathtaking views.

Day 06 A day in Shillong to explore on your own
After breakfast, full day free to explore this beautiful hill town on your own. You won’t stop admiring the beauty of Shillong, known as the Scotland of the East. It is erstwhile the capital of undivided Assam and present Northeast and home to the Khasi highland tribes.

Day 07 Drive from Shillong to Guwahati
After a leisurely breakfast, drive back to Guwahati (100 kms/3hrs)

In the evening take a short boat cruise on the Mighty River Brahmaputra

Day 07 Depart Guwahati for Delhi/Kolkata for connecting your International flight
After breakfast day at leisure till you are dropped at the airport to board your flight to Delhi or Kolkata for your onward journey.
