• Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Delhi
Arrival in Delhi before or after midnight. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel by our tour executive.

Day 2 A day in Delhi for visits
Morning & Afternoon, take a guided tour of Old & New Delhi. Visit the Red Fort, Raj Ghat and Jama Masjid in Old Delhi along with the Chandi Chowk or Silver Market Visit India Gate, drive past President House, Qutab Minar & Humayun's tomb.

Day 3 Take a flight to Guwahati and drive to Kaziranga
Early morning, take a flight to Guwahati. Upon arrival you will be proceed straightaway to Kaziranga (4hrs drive)

Upon arrival check-in at a jungle lodge

In the evening, experience a tribal or Bihu folk dance by log fire under bamboo grove along with dinner.

Day 4 A day in Kaziranga National Park for visits
Today you will be viewing wildlife and nature watch inside the park by jeeps safari. See the most sought after one horned rhinos here.

Late afternoon, visit a tribal village. This is to see the Assamese way of silk worm rearing.

Day 5 Drive from Kaziranga to Guwahati and take flight to Bagdogra and drive to Kalimpong
Drive to Guwahati to connect flight to Bagdogra at noon.

Arrive Bagdogra and drive to the beautiful hill station of Kalimpong.

Day 8 A day in Kalimpong
Morning at leisure.

Afternoon, take a guided tour of Kalimpong.

Day 9 Drive from Kalimpong to Siliguri and take the overnight train to Kolkata
Morning, you have the option to do river rafting on river Teesta.

Later drive down to Siliguri to connect overnight train to Calcutta at 2000 hr.

Day 10 Arrive Kolkata. A day in Kolkata for visits
Arrive Calcutta our representative will transfer you to the hotel.

Later take a full day guided tour of Kolkata.

Day 11 Calcutta-Sunderbans National Park
Departure from Calcutta to Basanti port (3 ½ hr.).

Cruise to Sajnekhali by a dedicated motorised launch (2 ½ hr.).

Dinner & night stay on the boat.

Day 12 Sunderbans National Park
Full day cruise through mangrove creeks for wildlife viewing & birding.

Lunch will be on boat

Anchor at Sajnekhali by sunset.

Slide show (optional) on wildlife in Mangrove Interpretation Centre in the evening with tea & snacks.

Dinner & night stay on the boat.


Day 13 Leave Sunderbans for Kolkata
Morning, take cycle rickshaws to Rangabeloa Tagore Society to see the rural development project. Return to Basanti by the afternoon. Drive back toKolkata

Day 14 Depart Kolkata
Today you will be transferred to the airport to connect flight for your onward destination.
